HEYA部屋 is the portal behind every room we manage in Malaysia. Pay rent and track maintenance as a tenant — or watch your unit's performance update live as an owner. One login, run by the people who actually manage the property.
Sign up in minutes as a tenant renting a room, or as an owner with a unit under our management.
Our team confirms your room or links your account to the unit(s) you own — usually the same day.
Payments, documents, and performance — all live in one dashboard, built for exactly your role.
Your rental schedule shows exactly when the payment window opens, when it's due, and how many days you have left — synced with every reminder email and receipt you get.
Pay online, confirmed instantly, receipt emailed automatically.
See the 28th–35th payment window and days remaining before you're overdue.
Top up your smart meter credit anytime — balance updates live.
A reminder lands in your inbox before the due date, so you're never caught off guard.
Report an issue with photos and follow it through to done.
Your signed agreement, house rules, and move-in form, always on hand.
Cumulative revenue and net profit, filterable by month, year, or a custom range — the same dashboard we use internally, scoped to only your own unit.
Revenue and net profit charted over time — All, YTD, This Month, or a custom range.
Revenue, less expenses, less our management fee — a clean PDF every period.
Track how much of your renovation cost your unit has earned back so far.
Run ROI, rental yield, loan repayment, and break-even on any property — saved to your account.
Every invoice, receipt, and statement we've issued for you — scoped strictly to your own unit(s).
